Puenktchen, Little Dot Grass'PUENKTCHEN' Little Dot Erect clumps of 3/8" wide foliage have horizontal yellow bands spaced about 4" apart. Will find 0-2 bands per blade. Deep reddish-brown inflorescences appear early September. Differs from 'Zebrinus' in that it is shorter, has earlier plumes, and wider spaced leaf bands. The banded foliage is similar to ‘Strictus’ , but even more erect. This makes it very resistant to flopping with wind and rain. |
